We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If for any reason you wish to return your purchase please contact us within 14 days of delivery you will have a further 14 days to return your order to us and we will be happy to offer a full refund.

In Store Our store staff are happy to answer any questions you may have when shopping with us in store and would love the opportunity to advise you on your purchases. While we do not give refunds on any item purchased in person from our Brighton store, we will offer an exchange or credit note when returned in a new/saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. |

ExchangesFor exchanges, we simply ask you to place a new order for the items you would like to receive. Please then return the original item(s) by post for a refund. |
Withdrawals and CancellationsYou have the right to withdraw your order or cancel your order and return any unwanted items within 14 days of delivery. We are unable to edit and can not guarantee to intercept any order once checkout is completed, all orders are final. We strive to process all orders as soon as they are placed. |
We kindly ask for our customers to consider the accumulation of air-miles when ordering items they likely intend to return and have put a dedicated customer service team in place who can help measure items and offer expert advice before purchasing in order to reduce the volume of items that might otherwise need to be sent back to us.
