Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If for any reason you wish to return your purchase please contact us within 14 days of delivery you will have a further 14 days to return your order to us and we will be happy to offer a full refund.

Returns


Online

  1. Ensure the item(s) you are returning is/are unworn/unused and in a saleable condition with its original tags and packaging. (Garments must be carefully folded). Click here for further information on our wear and tear policy.
     
  2. Please enclose your packing slip and clearly identify which items you wish to return with a brief description of why you wish to return your item(s). This will speed up the returns process for you.
     
  3. We recommend you send your return using a fully tracked service. Junior Edition can not accept liability for any loss in transit.  Click here for further information on our non refundable expenses policy.
     
  4. Please address your return to: Junior Edition Returns, Unit D3 Eastside Business Park, Beach Road, Newhaven, East Sussex. BN9 0FB. We must receive the return within 14 days of your request to cancel your order. Click here for further information on our non refundable expenses policy.
     
  5. International returned items must be marked as ’returned goods’ on all customs documents. If we are asked to pay customs charges on re-entry of the package this may cause significant delays that may void your right for a refund, any charges applied to returns will be deducted from any refunds.   6. We reserve the right to refuse a refund should our terms and conditions not be met.
  7. We reserve the right to deduct non refundable expenses when processing returns. This will include return shipping fees, taxes and duties. Click here for further information on our non refundable expenses policy.
  8. Any international orders refused for delivery by customers or their forwarding address will void our contract and right to return or Refund.

In Store

Our store staff are happy to answer any questions you may have when shopping with us in store and would love the opportunity to advise you on your purchases. While we do not give refunds on any item purchased in person from our Brighton store, we will offer an exchange or credit note when returned in a new/saleable condition within 14 days of purchase.

Processing

Please allow us up to 14 days to process your return from the day we receive it.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we simply ask you to place a new order for the items you would like to receive. Please then return the original item(s) by post for a refund.

Withdrawals and Cancellations

You have the right to withdraw your order or cancel your order and return any unwanted items within 14 days of delivery. We are unable to edit and can not guarantee to intercept any order once checkout is completed, all orders are final. We strive to process all orders as soon as they are placed.
