Disana

The founders of Disana are Imma and Dietrich Sautter, whose enthusiasm and joy of dealing with natural textiles has been central to Disana for more than 30 years.

Disana believes in pure, unspoiled nature, using only organic cotton and organic pure new Merino wool.  Disana is a founding member of the International Association of Natural Textiles (IVN), which has strict guidelines for natural textile production. All garments are produced locally in Disana's own factory in the textile region on the Swabian Alb, in the south of Germany, and meet the highest ecological demands, with a focus on functionality and eco-friendliness. Employees are valued for their knowledge, skills and craftsmanship and have excellent working conditions. Suppliers of raw materials are also local, and Disana place great emphasis on quality, long-term partnerships with fair wages and excellent working environments.
