We are currently aiming to dispatch all new orders within 2-3 working days, please note that this does not include weekends and UK national holidays. If you are a UK customer you can choose our priority service at checkout.

UK Customers

Free Standard Delivery for all orders over £99

Domestic Delivery Standard £3.99 (Up to 2KG and/or up to 60 cm)

Picked and dispatched within current dispatch time. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 working days (this does not include Sundays). Please note that Royal Mail standard service will deliver to a 'safe place'. You will receive an email and a sms to offer you the opportunity to select an alternative if you are unavailable to receive delivery.

Domestic Delivery Medium Parcel £8.99 (Between 2kg and 10kg/or over 60 cm in length)

Picked within 1-2 working days. Our couriers aim to deliver the following working day (this does not include weekends). The courier will inform you in advance of delivery and you must be in residence to receive the parcel. Please note that the courier may deliver to a 'safe place'. You will receive an email and a sms to offer you the opportunity to select an alternative if you are unavailable to receive delivery.

Domestic Delivery Large Parcel £10 (Over 10KG/ or 90cm in circumference)

Ship to Shop £3.99 (Up to 10KG)

Picked and dispatched within current dispatch time. DPD aims to deliver to the store of your choice the next working day (this does not include weekends). Please note that once your parcel is delivered you the customer are responsible for collection. You will receive an email and a sms to inform you of successful delivery.

Domestic Priority Delivery £8.99 (Priority orders under £99)

Local Collection

Picked and dispatched within current dispatch time. Your parcel will be delivered to our Brighton store on our twice-weekly transfer. We will inform you by email when your parcel is ready for collection. Enter the code COLLECTINPERSON at checkout and any postage charges will be removed from your order.

European Union (EU) Customers

For all orders placed from anywhere outside the UK any local taxes and duties are paid upon delivery. To ensure your local customs authority correctly processes your parcel without delay, please ensure you provide accurate address and contact details. If you are required to provide country specific criteria please add to the order notes and this will be manually added to your order.

Please note non-payment of local taxes and duties will void our contract and your right to return or refund.

International Courier Standard Price calculated at checkout.

UK Forwarding Addresses

International orders shipped to a UK forwarding address will be treated as UK orders and covered by Consumer Rights Act 2015. Any right to return will be limited to the UK domestic transportation only.

We will always use the cheapest methods of postage and will only ever charge you additional postage costs if this applies to your order. If you are at all unsure, please email hello@junioredition.com and we can give you a shipping quote.
