Petit Nord launched in 1998, with the aim to produce contemporary lines of footwear crafted in natural materials of the highest quality that keep up with the magical life of little explorers. Their Scandinavian design heritage is built on the principles of practicality, minimalism, beauty and quality - resulting in classic and enduring footwear, created in muted, natural colours with seasonal brights.
Petit Nord believe in sustainable products, ecological materials and methods minimising the hundreds of toxic chemicals we are exposed to on a daily basis. They strive to promote a safe and healthy life for our children at the earliest stage possible, whilst humbly trying to make our planet a cleaner place to live.
Petit Nord produce and source all materials in Europe, and believe in supporting small family-run workshops, where craftsmanship, tradition, and passion for the trade is embedded deeply in the family’s roots. All Petit Nord shoes are hand-made in three to four different small family-run workshops in Portugal.
The SS23 limited edition Uniqua collaboration is inspired by treasured childhood memories in the garden, and features Shirley Bredal‘s enchanting Summer veggies and berries embroideries.
