Nellie Quats is a childrenswear brand specialising in beautiful girl's clothing and accessories from ages 3 months to 10 years. Made predominantly from Liberty print and linen, brand founder Elinor Bussell creates stylish, modern pieces with a hint of nostalgia. Designed with active children in mind, the pieces bridge a gap between comfort and style, making them easy to wear and easy to care for. The name Nellie Quats came from Elinor's father, who had lots of fun with Elinor creating elaborate and bizarre nicknames for her. Nellie Quats was a favourite, hence the company name. Like the brand, it is nostalgic, jolly and fun with lasting memories of a happy childhood.
With commitment to extending the lifespan of a garment, Nellie Quats clothing is designed to be oversized or adjustable to grow with the child, selecting the highest quality natural fabric, to make pieces that are durable and can be passed down through generations. All garments are designed in London and made in Portugal.
