News Edition
Say Hello To Bonjour
Bonjour was created in 2014 by Anne Millet. A stylist in children's fashion for over 20 years, she wanted to create a more personal universe, one influenced by a love of travel and the colours and textures found in far flung flea markets.
Bonjour is a family business - Anne and her partner Yorick joined forces to help develop the brand, together creating the trademark aesthetic and imagery that is so loved by parents and their children the world over.
We are delighted to be stocking Bonjour here at Junior Edition for our third season now and truly believe that Anne and Yorick have created something really quite magical.
Oeuf: Heavy Petal
Brooklyn based Oeuf are a family-run studio and one of our longest-standing sustainable children’s brands. Formed back in 2002 by husband and wife team Michael Ryan and Sophie Demenge, they have been with us here at Junior Edition since the Spring/Summer season of 2018 and continue to delight us season after season with their beautifully playful childrenswear collections.
Combining intuitive design with a clean and simple style this is clothing that is designed to be loved hard and handed down. We know from personal experience how well it wears and washes and how enduring the styles and designs are having been passed from one child to the next here.
The Birinit Bunch
Launched back in 2019 Birinit Petit hails from Spain and is the brainchild of two long-standing friends, Sara and Anita. Mothers themselves to six children they have created a brand that is truly close to their hearts, bringing to life timeless designs with enduring appeal.
The slow fashion ethos is central to everything they do and great care goes into the design and production of each piece in every collection. Prints are hand-painted and always exclusive to Birinit, fabrics carefully selected and retailers limited to few. Whether dressing for a special occasion or an afternoon in park, their clothing is beautifully versatile and we are delighted to launch our second collection with Birinit for the spring/summer season.

Mimi Berry: Luxury Leather Accessories
We're really excited to further grow our adult offering this season with the addition of stunning luxury leather accessories from Mimi Berry .
A graduate of Fashion Design at Central St Martins Mimi Berry launched her handbag and accessories label upon completing her degree there. Her handmade designs were first sold through small boutiques and her own stall at London's famous Spitalfields Market and, whilst still firmly rooted in East London, Mimi's design studio and showroom are now based in Hackney with her luxury leather goods sold worldwide.
We are thrilled to join a small collective of UK stockists carrying this beautiful brand and have selected 8 beautiful pieces for our first season.
Our Beautiful Brighton Store
It's been a while since we virtually opened our shop doors to those of you that aren't local or haven't visited - we thought you might like a little look around together with a few insider secrets and top tips of where to go and who to visit if you are ever Brighton bound.
We expanded into our bricks and mortar store back in July 2017 and were lucky enough to secure a unit in the heart of Brighton's bustling North Laine which is THE place to come for the best independent cafes, restaurants and shops. Hailed as Brighton's 'Bohemian Quarter' there's nothing you won't find here and we share space with a truly eclectic collection of businesses. You'll find flea markets to children's concept stores (that's us!) and literally EVERYTHING in-between. There's a real community spirit amongst traders and residents here which we are so proud to be a part of.
One Family: Three Beautiful Brands
Rylee and Cru have been with us since SS18. Founded by Californian Illustrator Kelli Murray Larson and inspired by her own young family, their collections are brimming with high quality basics. Timeless, comfortable and easy-to-wear styles in soft and subtle seasonal colour palettes and prints, for babies right through to adult.
More recently the Rylee and Cru collective have added two new brands to their portfolio, Noralee and Quincy Mae, both of which are delighted to be stocking for the first time this season.
