Priority Postage Costs

We are unable to refund Priority  postage costs.

Return Postage Costs

We are unable to subsidise return postage charges and cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. We recommend customers returning items to us using a fully tracked service.

3rd Party Fees

Any 3rd party fees incurred in recovering a parcel will be deducted from your refund

We automatically cancel all orders placed using Order Bots where customers are seen to order in bulk for resale. Transaction fees on these orders are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

Orders returned to us beyond 14 days after first attempt at delivery

We are happy to cancel any order up to 14 days after delivery or first attempt of delivery for a full refund you will have a further 14 days to return your purchase. Any items returned after this period are not eligible for a refund.
