Little Cotton Clothes founders are sisters Imogen and Leonie. When their daughters were born they struggled to find simple, beautiful, traditional clothes that were affordable. They decided to throw caution to the wind and start designing their own, drawing from their own childhood and the fun filled, happy time it was growing up in the English countryside.
Every item in the range is designed by them in England, then lovingly handmade in a handful of small factories in India and Portugal, with ethical working conditions and happy, fairly paid employees that are looked after. All the clothes are made from natural fabrics and every trim and detail has been carefully selected. Any waste fabric is donated to a charity in India who recycle it to make clothes for families in need.
Little Cotton Clothes are made for adventurers and explorers – small people with big imaginations, children who want to splash in puddles and climb trees, not forgetting their mums and dads, who want simple, quality clothes that let their children be children.
