Faune was created by Nicola and Delia, who have been friends since they were 11 years old, and share a long love affair with vintage and fashion. Finding an exquisite Victorian nightdress, and knowing there was a lack of traditional, beautiful and comfortable children's nightwear available on the market inspired them to create Faune.
Faune pieces are not only pretty, embodying their signature vintage design, but are functional and very comfortable. Each style is made from 100% pure cotton ensuring breathabilty and softness against a child's young skin.
The collection is designed in London and produced by a wonderful small family run factory in India whom Nicola, a fashion designer, has known for years. This lucky partnership is crucial in making sure the vision for Faune is brought to life and working with an ethical company run by a woman who supports the local community in India and promotes fair employment of other women is incredibly important to the brand.
