Badger by Schleich

Badger by Schleich.  Hand painted animal figurine by Scheich.  The Badger is a nocturnal predator of the marten family. The black and white coat, long snout, stocky body and short sturdy legs are other features of this animal. Badgers live in hilly forest areas of Europe and feed on earthworms, insects, rodents, grains and berries. Badgers use their powerful paws to dig extensive branched funnel systems underground, which are used over generations.

Only once a product meets fully all international laws, standards and guidelines for toys is it released for production.  All Schleich articles and materials comply with the national and international toy requirements applicable worldwide, as well as the new European Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC and DIN EN 71.
